I can't open anything as the Control Panel, through the start menu or the cmd command, as it throws an issue of token that doesn't exist or class that doesn't exist.
At this point, the only thing that I wish is to be able to format the computer with the option of keeping my files, but I can't seem to open the Control Panel no matter what. I have gone through different topics over here, and tried a whole variety of CMD commands, such as scannow, restorehealth, downloading packages, chkdsk and more.
And the result is always the same. Upon resetting the computer, I will always be taken to the same blue reccovery page even while trying to load in safe mode where I will be abe to go to any of both accounts with the same issues.
Is there a way to fix this problem without having to download the recovery tool on a USB? Is there a way that I can open the Control Panel even with this issue? This thread is locked.
